A calm, practical weekly space for awareness, presence, and inner stillness

The key to all of your problems is within you

Why people join this practice

Many people arrive because daily life begins to feel mentally crowded, rushed, or disconnected.

Common experiences include:
Want to live a happier and more present live.
Constant thinking and difficulty switching off
Ongoing stress or inner tension, even when things are going well
Worrying, fears and being emotionally down most of the time.
Reacting emotionally faster than they would like

Being caught up in thought-streams.
Losing presence in conversations, work, or simple moments
A sense of being “busy inside” and less grounded than before

This practice group exists specifically to work with these patterns, not by fixing them, but by changing the way we relate to them the patterns will self-liberate themselfs.

The key to all of your problems is within you

How this practice group supports change

Through weekly guided awareness and mindfulness practice, participants gradually learn to:

Notice thoughts without being pulled into them
Relate to emotions with more space and steadiness
Let the nervous system settle naturally during practice
Develop clearer, more stable attention in everyday situations
Experience a growing sense of inner stability and presence

Helps you learning to recognize mental patterns without being driven by them
Creating space around emotions, instead of suppressing or over-analyzing them
Allowing the nervous system to settle naturally, without force
Developing stable attention that carries over into work and relationships
Building a sense of inner stability that is less dependent on external circumstances

This is not a one-time solution. The change comes from regular practice in a supportive group setting, guided and taught live.

Your journey

If you are looking for inner liberation

This is an ongoing online practice group where I lead and teach live sessions, combining guided practice with clear, practical instruction centered primarily on awareness-based practice.
Alongside direct awareness practice, I also draw from mindfulness-based approaches. and practical philosophical perspectives, where they naturally support clarity, stability, and everyday integration.

The extended 90‑minute format allows time to settle properly, explore awareness without rushing, and integrate what is discovered through practice.

This group is designed for people who want consistent, real practice, rather than occasional inspiration.

About me

I’m a certified mindfulness and awareness practitioner with extensive experience in guiding people into deeper self-understanding and embodied presence. My training includes formal qualifications in mindfulness meditation as well as guided experiential practice, and I have also studied contemplative and philosophical perspectives — including Stoic and other practical traditions — that support clarity, resilience and grounded awareness.

Rather than offering “techniques” as quick fixes, my work focuses on cultivating a sustained relationship with awareness: noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without being swept away by them.
This orientation has its roots in mindfulness-based approaches, and is complemented by philosophical insights that help people translate practice into everyday life.

Experience and supports real, long-term integration rather than short-term change. I’ve seen how regular guided practice can help people move from inner busyness and reactivity into a steadier sense of presence and clarity — not by forcing the mind into silence, but by shifting how we relate to our own inner experience.
I lead the weekly online group with the intention of creating a space that is:
grounded and practical, rather than abstract or overly conceptual;
inclusive of different life contexts, not tied to any one tradition or belief system;
supportive of sustained growth, not just occasional relief.
This group is not therapy, and it’s not a spiritual path that demands adherence to a doctrine — it’s a practice environment where curiosity, consistency, and compassion for oneself are the primary teachers.
